Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Patient Outcomes
- Perform new patient exams, x-rays, report of findings, and treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and oversee rehab protocols designed to correct and stabilize.
- Conduct re-exams, progress checks, and wellness visits to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with rehab staff to integrate exercises and therapies that maximize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on health, posture, and long-term maintenance strategies.
- Lead by example — consistently demonstrate excellence in care and communication.
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily clinic operations in partnership with ownership and the Office Manager.
- Lead weekly team huddles and ensure alignment across all departments.
- Track and manage key metrics — PVA, AVI, conversion, retention, and collections.
- Ensure documentation, billing, and authorizations are completed accurately and on time.
- Coach and mentor the team to maintain top-tier performance and culture.

Team Development
- Lead and mentor rehab specialists and front desk team members.
- Set performance goals, create accountability, and celebrate wins.
- Foster collaboration and uphold the HealthSource culture of excellence and service.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Represent the clinic as a leader and treating doctor at events, screenings, and partnerships.
- Build relationships with local gyms, doctors, and businesses to expand referrals.
- Support and participate in marketing campaigns, educational content, and outreach events.
Patient Experience & Retention
- Ensure every patient interaction reflects our brand’s warmth and professionalism.
- Deliver care that consistently exceeds expectations — from the first exam to maintenance care.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, reviews, and retention metrics.
- Coach staff on communication, education, and care plan presentation.
- Experience with a day one and day 2 process for a new patient
- Believe in wellness and maintaining results which include 2-4 wellness adjustments/month along with the option for wellness decompression and laser.
